Asset Management App UI UX Design
Asset management app UI UX design project for a US client, helping users manage assets, assign beneficiaries, and view real-time asset updates.
Overview
This asset management app UI UX design project was created for a US-based client who needed a secure way for users to organize all their assets—property, vehicles, bank accounts, investments, and more. The challenge was to design a simple, trustworthy experience where users can add assets, assign beneficiaries, and receive real-time updates.
Project Overview
The client approached me with a clear problem: most asset management tools are built for financial experts, not everyday people. They’re confusing, cluttered, and fail to communicate important information clearly.
The goal for this asset management app UI UX design project was to create a platform that feels secure, modern, and easy to use—even for someone with zero financial background.
Objectives
Help users record and manage all assets in one place
Allow adding beneficiaries and nominees
Display real-time asset value and liabilities
Automate updates using government web API data
Notify beneficiaries if something happens to the owner
Ensure strong trust and clarity through UI decisions

Commonly asked questions and answers Phone:+1 (555) 000-0000 Email:hi@arunarudra.com What services do you offer? I design and build digital experiences end-to-end.My core services include UI/UX design, product design, website design, branding, and complete development support when required. Whether it’s a mobile app, web platform, or a full product from scratch, I handle everything from research to final execution. How do you approach a new project? I start with understanding the problem not jumping to screens. Research, user flows, and structure come first. Once the foundation is solid, I move into UI design, prototyping, and handoff. If development is included, I ensure the final build matches the design exactly. What tools do you use for your design work? I primarily work in Figma for UI/UX and prototypes, and Illustrator for branding and visual assets. Depending on the project, I also use tools like Photoshop, After Effects, or development platforms through my team. Can you handle both design and development? Yes. If a project requires it, I collaborate with my development team to deliver a complete solution design + development. This ensures the final output stays consistent with the design vision and avoids the usual designer–developer mismatch. How long does a typical project take? It depends on the complexity.A simple website takes around 2–3 weeks.A full product (app + website + dashboard) can take 6–10 weeks. Before starting, I always give a clear timeline based on scope so there are no surprises.
