Krinserv Website Design and Development

Krinserv website design and development project featuring branding, UI/UX, and a referral system built to elevate engagement and enhance customer experience.

Overview

The Krinserv website design and development project focused on building a complete digital experience for a UK-based restaurant looking to strengthen its online presence. The goal was simple: create a modern website, establish a clear brand identity, and introduce an easy, rewarding referral system that encourages customer engagement.

I handled the full UX research, UI design, prototyping, and branding work including the logo, color palette, and typography selection. Alongside this, my team delivered the end-to-end development to ensure the final product matched the design vision without compromise.

The Challenge

Krinserv needed more than a typical restaurant website. They wanted:

  • A clean, modern digital presence

  • A referral feature where users invite friends

  • A reward redemption process inside the restaurant

  • A dashboard to track referrals and engagement

  • A mobile-friendly, fast experience

Integrating a referral system into a restaurant flow (which usually only has menus, contact details, and reservations) was the biggest challenge. The feature needed to feel natural, intuitive, and frictionless for users.

The Design Process

1. Research & Strategy

I began by studying competitor restaurant websites, hospitality apps, and referral systems used in other industries. This helped identify what customers expect — fast access to menus, clarity, mobile responsiveness, and meaningful incentives.

These insights shaped the structure of the referral experience and the overall content strategy.

2. Wireframing & Prototyping

Using Figma, I created low-fidelity wireframes to map out:

  • Visitor flow

  • Referral flow

  • Dashboard view

  • Landing pages

  • Entry points for referral actions

This allowed rapid testing and validation before building the full UI.

3. Visual Design & Branding

Krinserv needed a distinct look that felt warm and premium.I created:

  • A modern logo

  • A warm, inviting color palette

  • Clean typography for readability

  • A balanced visual language inspired by the restaurant’s atmosphere

The interface feels polished yet welcoming.

4. Development Collaboration

Once the designs were finalized, I collaborated closely with the development team to bring the website to life. Since our team also handled the full-stack development, it was easier to maintain design consistency and deliver a seamless final product.

Outcome

The final website delivered a smooth and rewarding experience for customers.

  • The referral program successfully increased engagement and footfall.

  • The dashboard view allowed the restaurant team to manage referrals and rewards effortlessly.

  • The new brand identity gave Krinserv a fresh and professional digital image that resonated with their audience.

Overall, the project transformed Krinserv’s online presence into a conversion-driven, user-friendly platform that not only looked beautiful but also performed effectively.

I design and build digital experiences end-to-end.My core services include UI/UX design, product design, website design, branding, and complete development support when required. Whether it’s a mobile app, web platform, or a full product from scratch, I handle everything from research to final execution. How do you approach a new project? I start with understanding the problem  not jumping to screens. Research, user flows, and structure come first. Once the foundation is solid, I move into UI design, prototyping, and handoff. If development is included, I ensure the final build matches the design exactly. What tools do you use for your design work? I primarily work in Figma for UI/UX and prototypes, and  Illustrator for branding and visual assets. Depending on the project, I also use tools like Photoshop, After Effects, or development platforms through my team. Can you handle both design and development? Yes. If a project requires it, I collaborate with my development team to deliver a complete solution design + development. This ensures the final output stays consistent with the design vision and avoids the usual designer–developer mismatch. How long does a typical project take? It depends on the complexity.A simple website takes around 2–3 weeks.A full product (app + website + dashboard) can take 6–10 weeks. Before starting, I always give a clear timeline based on scope so there are no surprises.
